** SENIOR COLLECTION PLANNING MANAGER**

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Collection Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of seasonal product development, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and efficient product flow from concept to market.
Role Overview:
The Senior Collection Planning Manager will be responsible for coordinating the planning and development of key product collections, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution across all stages. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and has a strong background in optimizing product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seasonal Product & Design Planning & Calendar Management:
- Oversee the full seasonal planning process, from initial concept framing to product launch, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, including studio, product development, sourcing, and supply chain, facilitating communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Drive the alignment and optimization of seasonal calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are executed efficiently.
- Milestone Tracking & Project Governance:
- Lead weekly meetings with senior management to track the progress of key milestones, address risks, and ensure that deliverables are on schedule.
- Prepare and present detailed status reports on collection timelines, project updates, and key deliverables.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations, providing insights and recommendations for refining the product development process in future collections.
- Optimization of Product Development & Lead Time Reduction:
- Manage initiatives aimed at reducing development lead times and improving product flow from initial design to final product approval.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to streamline approval cycles, prototype testing, and color validation.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to ensure timely delivery and adherence to business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to maintain efficiency and uphold high standards of quality and cost management throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Standardization & Global Process Alignment:
- Ensure that the local design and development processes align with global operational frameworks, ensuring consistency from creative brief to collection finalization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in product development, project management, or end-to-end collection management within the textile fashion industry.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to optimize time-to-market and ensure on-time product availability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software, scheduling, resource planning, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English is required.
