Responsibilities

  • You will manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our international operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with global accounting standards.
  • We expect you to coordinate with external auditors across different countries to facilitate audit processes and swiftly address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Your role includes analyzing and interpreting financial data from various international markets to provide insights and recommendations for resource allocation and strategic planning.
  • You shall ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all international accounts, identifying any inconsistencies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • We expect you to stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax positions where possible.
  • You will collaborate with local finance teams in different regions to standardize accounting practices and promote best practices across the organization.
  • You shall be responsible for preparing and submitting statutory financial statements and other regulatory filings required by international jurisdictions.
  • We expect you to assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and control within our global operations.

Requirements

  • You must have a deep understanding of international accounting standards and practices, including IFRS and GAAP.
  • We need you to be proficient in preparing and analyzing financial statements from multiple global regions.
  • Your ability to manage foreign currency transactions, including exchange rate complexities, is essential.
  • You should demonstrate expertise in handling cross-border tax issues and compliance with various national regulations.
  • We expect you to possess strong skills in using advanced accounting software and ERP systems for multi-country operations.
  • Your experience in conducting audits of multinational subsidiaries will be crucial for this role.
