Job Title: Wholesale Manager – Luxury Womenswear
Location: NW London (Queen’s Park)
Contract: Full-time, 1-year fixed term, in office 5 days a week ( potential 4 days a week after 1 year )
Our client is a London-based womenswear brand known for its timeless designs, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a Fashion Production Assistant to join their team and support the day-to-day production process across all collections.
Job Summary:
We are helping our client find an experienced and dynamic Wholesale Manager to lead and grow the wholesale division of their luxury womenswear brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium or luxury fashion wholesale, excellent commercial acumen, and an established network of industry contacts. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth through strategic partnerships with high-end retailers and boutiques globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the brand’s wholesale strategy to meet global sales targets and expand market presence.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
• Identify and acquire new wholesale partners in key domestic and international markets.
• Oversee seasonal sales campaigns, including showroom appointments, order collection, and follow-up.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely product availability and alignment with market trends.
• Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
• Represent the brand at international fashion trade shows and market weeks 4 times a year in Paris
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual merchandising standards across all wholesale accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a wholesale role within the luxury or contemporary fashion sector.
• Strong network of relevant wholesale buyers and department store contacts.
• Proven track record of growing wholesale revenue and developing successful partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in wholesale tools and platforms (e.g., JOOR, Zedonk) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
