We are partnering with L'objet - a luxury interiors, fragrance and lifestyle brand to help them with their multi-site Harrod's spaces (Home and Fragrance).



Location: Harrods, London

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Experience Required: 2–5 years in luxury retail with passion for decorative objects and/or fragrance

Position Summary


We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to join their multi-site space in Harrods. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment, is passionate about decorative arts, fragrances and understands the power of authentic human connection through clienteling.

As a key representative of L’OBJET, you will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting client relationships through one-to-one engagement, outreach, and personalized experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

• Drive and maximise sales performance to achieve individual and store targets.

• Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clientele, including local outreach and networking efforts.

• Support Omni-channel development to enhance the client journey across platforms.

• Actively contribute to achieving KPIs through one-on-one appointments and tailored client experiences.


Client Experience & Clienteling

• Provide personalised, one-to-one clienteling that builds long-term relationships and loyalty.

• Conduct proactive client outreach (calls, emails, messages) to follow up on purchases, share product launches, or invite clients to private events.

• Cultivate a strong private appointment culture, ensuring a curated and memorable experience for every client.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.


Brand Representation

• Embody the brand’s values and aesthetic, acting as a true ambassador of L’OBJET.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to an elevated store atmosphere that reflects the brand’s identity.

• Stay informed and passionate about the full product offering, including home décor, fragrance, and gifting collections.


Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, with specific experience either in fragrance and/or for decorative objects.

• Proven track record in clienteling and developing a loyal customer base.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, engaging, and service-oriented.

• Passion for design, fragrance, and craftsmanship.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
