**RETAIL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SCOTLAND**

Collaborating with all Fragrance & Beauty divisions, this Retail Development Manager position plays a crucial role in driving the brand's integrated strategy, focusing on safeguarding and enhancing brand value.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee driving retail sales within their designated area, specifically Scotland.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to in-store teams through coaching, while also supporting the creation of development pathways for team members.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process for in-store personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with teams, tracking KPIs, sales compared to last year, service bookings, and the achievement of targets in all categories to boost overall performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, Sales Managers, buyers, and decision-makers, to ensure effective collaboration for the growth of the brand.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze data, and work toward specific sales targets for each area and location.
  • Collaborate with all departments at the head office and Sales Manager to drive success.
  • Serve as the guardian of customer experience standards.
  • Act as a Brand Representative.
