Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our in-store team, where you will collaborate to foster and sustain loyal customer relationships, boost sales, and achieve favorable business results, all with a strong focus on service and attentiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute omni-channel services.
• Welcome and guide customers through a personalized and smooth customer cycle delivering a premier client experience.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
• Uphold administrative procedures and manage inventory effectively.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in customer-facing roles within retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record in driving sales and providing excellent service.
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
• Fluent in English, work proficient in French; additional languages such as Mandarin or Korean are a plus.
