Join this iconic fashion house, as they seek a dedicated and dynamic Leather Good Accessories Development Product Manager. Responsibilities:
Development Oversight: Spearhead the development of our accessory categories, with a special focus on leather goods across all collections.
Team Collaboration: Serve as the pivotal liaison among the raw materials team, accessory and finished product vendors, production, and merchandising departments.
Planning and Execution: Adhere to the planning and critical path to ensure collection deliveries are on schedule.
Budget Management: Take charge of the budget for the leather accessories category.
Sourcing and Briefing: Direct the sourcing of raw materials and provide comprehensive briefings to the raw materials team in line with the designer's vision and merchandising plans.
Process Monitoring: Oversee the development process, including the launch of styles, fitting sessions, and the monitoring of collections to ensure milestone achievements.
Sample Management: Handle the preparation and shipment of internal and external samples and prototypes, including transportation monitoring.
Product Resolution: Act proactively to resolve any product issues or potential halts in prototype development.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with the Accessories Director for supplier allocation and help negotiate costs while monitoring quality and pricing targets.
Technical Review and Feedback: Conduct technical reviews of samples for final definition and delivery, ensuring all product data is captured accurately for production.

Strong product and fashion industry awareness.
Technical know-how in accessories /bags, with leather knowledge being a significant plus.
Insight into studio context and dynamics.
Analytical & organizational prowesses coupled with excellent reporting skills.
Flexibility, autonomy and a high degree of empathy.
Proficient negotiation skills.
Education and Experience:
A degree in a relevant field such as business, product design, or engineering.
Fluency in French and English is a must.
Competent with IT skills, including Office pack and PLM.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
