**SHOES MERCHANDISING AND PRODUCT MANAGER**

**PERMANENT CONTRACT**

Product Manager / Merchandiser

As part of their role, the Product Manager / Merchandiser is responsible for:

Collection Merchandising:

• Building the collection framework and plan in alignment with the company's strategy, ensuring a balance and consistency in the offering (style / segment / materials / CSR / colors / prices / margins).
• Developing the collection brief by considering various analyses of sell-in and sell-out data, strategic objectives, market feedback, and trends.
• Creating and managing the product innovation roadmap.
• Developing retail assortment plans by store cluster.

Collection Management:

• Analyzing performance by market and distribution channels during and at the end of the season.
• Setting up tools to manage and track collections.
• Organizing and leading collection follow-up meetings with the studio and development teams (Concepts / Editing, etc.).
• Ensuring the completeness of product referencing data in the tools (PLM / TM1, etc.).

Collection Promotion:

• Defining sample requirements based on customer types.
• Leading collection presentations (Previews / Seminars, etc.).
• Overseeing the creation of sales support tools and product arguments in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Skills and Requirements for the Role:

Skills:

• Collection Development, Pricing, Merchandising & Planning, Assortment Management, Strategic and Methodical Thinking.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum 50 to 7 years experience
• Strong experience in outdoor / sportswear shoes
