Senior Marketing Manager Fragrances - Luxury House


We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for Fragrances for one of our clients.

As a Senior Marketing Manager Fragrance & Gifting for the UK Region, you will guide and inspire local teams with the support of Brand Managers. You will optimize marketing plans to nourish brand equity, maximize incremental business opportunities, and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Drive and own the Fragrance and Gifting strategy for the UK Region.
  • Lead 360 launch planning for all fragrance campaigns in collaboration with UK Regional teams, ensuring plans are connected and amplified across all client touchpoints.
  • Forecasting and Product Positioning:
  • Own the forecasting process for all limited life, continuous new launches, wrap, and sets, in partnership with Brand Managers, Commercial, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Define product positioning and pricing strategies across the omni-channel environment, outlining where to play and how to win.
  • Budget and Market Intelligence:
  • Manage the Promo budget for Fragrance with impact, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Provide in-depth market and client intelligence with total mastery of the salient facts and performance drivers. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting, and customer segment behaviors.
  • Team Management:
  • Empower and develop the team, energizing, building talent, and maximizing departmental performance.
